 The work TKC students do at the Black Belt Training is not about what they know, being right about what tey know, acquiring more knowledge, providing answers, or acquiring on-the-job skills; it's not about filling in the blanks of what they know they don't know. This work is about uncovering new possibilities-expanding the opportunities available to them by allowing them to think and act in innovative ways. This work is about what they don't know they don't know.
